Do I pay for the trial tube?
No. It's free with every eligible order, and yours to keep even if you return the full pack.
Who pays return shipping?
The customer arranges and pays return shipping. Once we receive the sealed product, we refund you in full.
What condition must the return be in?
The full-size product must be unopened, with the seal intact, in its original packaging.
Does this work for COD orders?
Yes — both COD and Prepaid orders are eligible. Prepaid orders also get 5% off.
